Pomona's Universal Pectin allows you to make your favorite jam or jelly without overpowering the flavor and content with sugar. Our non-GMO pectin uses calcium to jell instead of sugar so you can sweeten it with honey, fruit juice or anything else. You can also use it to make candy or yogurt.
