30-day return window
All unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days after you receive them. Please request your return within this window.
To be eligible, your item must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as received, with its original packaging and any tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return
Email contact@mgfi.net or call 408-753-5631 before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can evaluate the issue and provide instructions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
For an eligible item, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time.
